Automatic liquid fertilizer filling machines for bottles, jerry cans and drums, 100 ml to 30 L, with +/-0.2% accuracy, anti-foam, anti-drip and PLC control.
The liquid fertilizer filling machine is the final production unit that converts a stable liquid fertilizer batch into a finished, sellable product. It fills bottles, jerry cans, and drums accurately, cleanly, and quickly, with the dosing and anti-foam controls needed for corrosive, viscous, and foaming fertilizer liquids.
LANE Machinery supplies semi-automatic and fully automatic liquid fertilizer filling machines from 100 ml bottles to 30 L drums, with corrosion-resistant stainless steel contact parts, +/-0.2% weighing accuracy, anti-foam and anti-drip nozzles, PLC control, and optional capping, labeling, and coding stations.
The LANE liquid fertilizer filling machine is a liquid dosing and packaging system designed for fertilizer service. It receives liquid fertilizer from a storage tank or buffer tank, measures the fill volume or weight, and dispenses it into containers without dripping, foaming, or contamination.
Filling type is selected by product characteristics:
Contact parts are made of SS304 or SS316L stainless steel with corrosion-resistant seals, so the machine can handle water-soluble fertilizers, liquid NPK, organic liquids, and micronutrient formulations.
The working principle of the liquid fertilizer filling machine depends on the filling method, but every LANE machine follows the same sequence:
For weighing filling, load cells measure the product weight in real time and stop the valve at the target weight. For flowmeter filling, the PLC controls the valve based on flow rate. For piston filling, a fixed piston stroke delivers a repeatable volume.
The filling machine is the last processing step in a complete liquid fertilizer production line:
Raw material storage -> Mixing tank -> Reactor or fermentation tank -> Filtration -> Homogenization -> Storage tank -> Filling machine -> Capping -> Labeling -> Palletizing
In this configuration:
LANE supplies the filling machine as a single unit or as part of a complete liquid fertilizer production line with mixing, fermentation, reaction, filtration, storage, capping, labeling, and CIP systems.

LANE manufactures liquid fertilizer filling machines under an ISO 9001 quality management system and can supply CE-certified equipment. Contact parts are selected for corrosion resistance and cleanability, with material certificates available for traceability.
Machine design follows packaging industry best practices, including no bottle no fill protection, anti-drip valves, safety guards, and emergency stop. For explosive or solvent-containing products, explosion-proof electrical components and ATEX-rated options are available.
For liquid fertilizer products exported to the European Union, the final product must meet Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 labeling and contaminant requirements. LANE’s filling line supports accurate net content, clean changeover, and labeling, and we recommend independent certification of the final product by the relevant authority.
Henan Lane Heavy Industry Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is a fertilizer equipment manufacturer with more than 20 years of engineering experience. LANE has delivered equipment and production lines to clients in more than 50 countries and supplied machines for a 100,000 tons per year national fertilizer project in Africa.
LANE provides one-stop service from filling line layout and equipment selection to overseas installation, commissioning, operator training, remote video guidance, and after-sales support. Our engineers review your product viscosity, foaming behavior, container size, filling speed, and labeling requirements, then recommend the correct machine and line configuration.
Which filling method should I choose?
Clear, low-viscosity liquids can use flowmeter or gravity filling. Suspensions and liquids with solids are better handled by gear pump or rotor pump filling. Viscous products need piston filling. High-accuracy bottle, jerry can, and drum filling is best handled by weighing filling. LANE recommends the method based on your actual product.
Can one machine fill both small bottles and large drums?
Yes. Change parts allow one machine to handle bottles, jerry cans, and drums. The filling range and speed are configured for your container sizes, and the PLC stores recipes for each container and product.
How accurate is the filling machine?
Weighing filling typically provides +/-0.2% accuracy. Volume filling accuracy depends on product viscosity, container size, and feeding system, with typical tolerance of +/-1 g to +/-3 g. LANE confirms the expected accuracy with your product before delivery.
How do you prevent foam and dripping?
Diving nozzles fill from the bottom of the container, two-speed filling reduces foaming at the end of the cycle, and suck-back valves prevent dripping between containers. For strongly foaming products, the nozzle and speed profile are customized.
Can the filling machine be integrated with capping and labeling?
Yes. LANE supplies complete filling lines including conveyors, capping machines, labeling machines, coding machines, and optional palletizing. The whole line is controlled and synchronized through the PLC system.
How is the machine cleaned between different formulas?
Contact parts are detachable for quick manual cleaning, and CIP options are available for automated cleaning. Material selection is matched to the product so that changeover does not damage seals or valves.
What certificates and warranty do you provide?
Equipment can be supplied with ISO 9001 certification, CE marking, and material certificates. LANE provides a five-year warranty, spare parts support, and overseas installation and commissioning services.
Tell us your product type, viscosity, container size, filling speed, and labeling requirements. LANE will recommend the filling method, machine configuration, and line layout, then provide a technical data sheet and quotation.
