  1. Feeding: Raw materials are fed into the hopper via conveyor belt or manual loading
  2. Mixing: The motor drives the main shaft, rotating the ribbon-style mixing paddles inside the horizontal drum. Materials are lifted, tumbled, and circulated in both axial and radial directions, creating a 3D mixing effect
  3. Discharging: After the preset mixing time (3-6 minutes), the pneumatic discharge door opens, and the homogeneous mixture is discharged into the next process (granulator or packaging machine)
