How It Works

  1. Feeding — Wet raw material enters through the top hopper (by belt conveyor or manual feeding).
  2. Primary crushing — The upper high-speed rotor strikes and tears the material against the chamber.
  3. Secondary refining — The lower rotor crushes particles again to the target fineness.
  4. Discharge — Fine material exits freely from the bottom outlet onto your conveyor — no screen, no accumulation.

The whole process is continuous. Connect it between your fermentation compost turner and your granulator for an uninterrupted production flow.
