High speed dispersers for liquid fertilizer production, from 50 L to 10,000 L, with variable speed shafts, SS316L contact parts, hydraulic lift and 5-year warranty.
A high speed disperser is the machine that turns raw fertilizer powders into fully dispersed, stable liquid products. It breaks up agglomerates, dissolves soluble solids, disperses suspensions, and homogenizes emulsions faster than a conventional agitator, which makes it a core unit in liquid fertilizer, water-soluble fertilizer, suspension fertilizer, and foliar fertilizer production.
LANE Machinery supplies high speed dispersers from 50 L to 10,000 L working capacity, with variable frequency speed control, SS304 or SS316L shafts and dispersion discs, hydraulic lifting, and PLC integration. The disperser can be supplied as a standalone machine or combined with a dissolving tank, reactor, and filtration system in a complete liquid fertilizer line.
The LANE high speed disperser is a top-entry, hydraulically lifted mixing machine designed for fertilizer service. A motor drives a vertical shaft fitted with a specially shaped dispersion disc. When the disc rotates at high speed, it creates strong shear, circulation, and vortex flow inside the tank, which disperses and dissolves the fertilizer components.
The machine is built for the corrosive nature of fertilizer liquids. Shafts, dispersion discs, and all wetted parts are available in SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, and the tank can be supplied as part of the machine package.
The disperser is used in batch production for:
The working principle of a high speed disperser is based on high-speed rotation and hydraulic shear.
For suspension fertilizers, a slow-speed anchor agitator can be added so the batch stays uniform when the high-speed disc is stopped.
The high speed disperser works with the dissolving tank and reactor to prepare the product before filtration and filling:
Water treatment -> Batching -> Dissolving tank -> High speed disperser -> Reactor or chelation tank -> Filtration -> Storage tank -> Filling
In this configuration:
LANE supplies the disperser as a single machine or as part of a complete liquid fertilizer production line with dissolving, reaction, filtration, storage, filling, and CIP systems.

LANE manufactures high speed dispersers under an ISO 9001 quality management system and can supply CE-certified equipment with material certificates for stainless steel shafts, discs, and tanks.
For projects with solvent or explosive additives, explosion-proof motors and control panels can be supplied. For pressure-rated or vacuum applications, the tank design can follow customer-specified codes including ASME Section VIII, PED, or GB/T 150.
For liquid fertilizer products exported to the European Union, the final product must meet Regulation (EU) 2019/1009. LANE’s disperser and line design support clean changeover, contaminant control, and batch traceability, and we recommend independent certification of the final product by the relevant authority.
Henan Lane Heavy Industry Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is a fertilizer equipment manufacturer with more than 20 years of engineering experience. LANE has delivered equipment and production lines to clients in more than 50 countries and supplied machines for a 100,000 tons per year national fertilizer project in Africa.
LANE provides one-stop service from machine selection and process design to overseas installation, commissioning, operator training, remote video guidance, and after-sales support. For liquid fertilizer projects, our engineers review the formula, viscosity, solids content, and capacity, then recommend the correct disperser size, speed, disc, and automation level.

What is the difference between a high speed disperser and a mixing tank?
A conventional mixing tank uses a slow or medium-speed agitator for blending. A high speed disperser uses a high-speed dispersion disc to create shear, break agglomerates, and dissolve solids quickly. Many liquid fertilizer lines use both: a tank for batching and a disperser for difficult dissolving and dispersion.
Can a high speed disperser dissolve all fertilizer powders?
Most water-soluble NPK salts, sulfates, and micronutrient powders can be dissolved with high-speed dispersion and proper temperature control. Some materials need chelation or pH adjustment to stay stable in solution. LANE reviews the formula before recommending the process.
Can the disperser handle suspension fertilizers?
Yes. The high speed disc disperses clay and suspending agents, and a slow-speed anchor agitator can be added to keep the batch uniform after the high-speed disc stops.
Which material should I use?
SS304 is suitable for many water-soluble fertilizer formulas. SS316L is recommended for products with chloride ions, phosphoric acid, or aggressive micronutrient chemistry.
Can the disperser be integrated with the PLC?
Yes. Speed, motor load, temperature, and batch time can be controlled through the PLC and HMI, and recipes can be stored for different formulas.
What is the warranty?
LANE provides a five-year warranty, spare parts support, and overseas installation and commissioning services.
Tell LANE your product type, viscosity, batch size, and automation requirements. Our engineering team will recommend the correct disperser model, speed, disc, tank, and line integration, then provide a technical data sheet and quotation.
