The vibrating screener (also referred to as a vibrating screen, vibratory sieve, or oscillating screen separator) is a high-efficiency screening machine that uses controlled mechanical vibration to separate fertilizer materials into precise particle size fractions.   • Moisture 5–10%: Standard bouncing ball deck cleaning system is sufficient
  • Moisture 10–15%: Add ultrasonic de-blinding system on fine mesh decks
  • Moisture > 15%: Consider pre-drying material, using wider mesh openings, or switching to a rotary drum screener which handles higher moisture better
